Jarrett Middle School – Springfield Cleaning Services- Summer 2010
A few pictures of a recent cleanup job we performed for Jarrett Middle School before Summer ended and school went back in session. The school began installation for new A/C over the Summer and had to replace much of the ceiling to accommodate it, which caused a lot of dust to cover all of the walls, lockers, floors and everything in between. The school opened in 1921, so it has a lot of character and elements that could use a little updating. All in all, though I think the project wrapped up on time, and the school was happy to get back to teaching our future leaders!
Post Construction Clean Up- Schweitzer Church

Have Mercy! Medical Office Cleaning in Springfield MO
Springfield Missouri is well-known for it’s large number of medical and health options. Recently Springfield opened its doors to another premier facility Mercy Health Plans Offices. While being used for administrative purposes, this new and very impressive facility will further help service those in Southwest Missouri. This two-story building features over 42,000 square feet of office space. Brokate Janitorial was very eager to get started on this project and turn another dust-filled construction site into a sparkling clean, ribbon-cutting-ready building. New Construction Cleaning Branson Creek
The new model homes at the Fieldstone Bluffs in Branson Creek are beautifully built and decorated. Located about an hour South of the Springfield, MO on Hwy 65, Branson Creek is located in close proximity to the brand new Branson Airport (just past the Hollister, MO exit). These new model homes are just the start of what looks to be an amazing community of homes. Brokate Janitorial was excited to help the model homes become ready for their first open house weekend! Like all construction sites, there was plenty of dust, debris, over-spray, and other traces left behind from the contractors who helped construct these homes. Judging by the finished product, it looked like they all did a great job. Unfortunately, many Realtors and potential home buyers would never truly appreciate this work without the home looking and smelling brand-new.
Springfield MO Heroes of the Night
The lights of the city go out in Springfield, MO. Buildings all over town become prime targets for those creatures of the night. The darkness of a building triggers them to action. For Brokate Janitorial, this is much like the Bat-signal, that shines out of a building in need. For many accounts, their nightly facility cleaners are either considered heroes or villains. They either fly into their account each night and transform their building into a sparkling clean-slate by morning for all to enjoy, OR they are the much talked and griped about villains that do as little as possible each night. Some facilities go through Joker after Joker looking for that caped-crusader of the night to finally show up and save the day. Getting the right hero to show up and make your facility look exactly how you want it to is, however, more complicated than simply opening up the telephone book and calling everyone listed.
